Founded 1987 by Rollin Soles and Brian Croser (of Australia's Petaluma), Argyle was established from the beginning as a traditional-method sparkling producer — a bet that the Willamette Valley's cool climate and natural acidity were ideal for quality sparkling wine. The bet was correct.

America's finest and most consistent sparkling wine producer outside California; Argyle established that Oregon can rival Champagne-method sparkling wine at the international level.
