Cornalin (Rouge du Pays) — a nearly extinct Alpine indigenous variety revived by Chappaz. Deep ruby, intensely perfumed: wild raspberry, Alpine flowers, red plum, dried herbs, and a silky, medium-bodied structure. One of the world's rarest great red wines.
