About this product
François Mitjavile's Côte de Bourg masterwork — a Merlot-dominant blend from ancient clay-limestone hillsides above the Gironde estuary, harvested late and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Deep ruby with complex aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, iron-rich clay, cedarwood, and tobacco. The palate is full and structured with polished tannins — rivalling Pomerol in texture and depth while remaining quintessentially right-bank in character.
