Clase Azul Reposado

Jalisco — Tequila, Mexico
Clase Azul Reposado is the world's best-selling ultra-premium tequila by value — aged 8 months in American whiskey barrels and presented in a handpainted Talavera ceramic decanter. The slow-cooked (brick oven) highland agave produces a fruitier, more complex spirit than industrially processed competitors; the whiskey cask aging adds vanilla and caramel without obscuring the agave character. The ceramic bottle is a collector's item — often retained and repurposed after the tequila is consumed. Each decanter is individually hand-decorated by Oaxacan artisans.
Fresh and fruity — agave, pear, vanilla, honey, cinnamon

Clase Azul Reposado's fresh agave and gentle vanilla character complements the citrus acid and oceanic freshness of ceviche — the mild wood aging adds structure without overwhelming the delicate seafood.
