Estate Malbec from Colomé's 2,300m altitude vineyards in Salta's Calchaquí valleys. Unlike Mendoza Malbec — this has higher natural acidity, darker mineral character, and more restrained fruit from the extreme altitude. Blueberry, black plum, violet, and iron mineral. More structural and austere than low-altitude Malbec; requires cellaring.
