Don Julio 1942 Añejo
Jalisco — Tequila, Mexico
About this product
Don Julio 1942 is the most recognisable premium tequila in the world — named for the year Don Julio González began distilling. It is an añejo tequila aged for a minimum of 2.5 years in American white oak barrels, at the Highland Jalisco altitude where the cooler temperature creates slower, more complex aging. The result is tequila of extraordinary richness: vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, and the residual agave sweetness that highland piñas develop — all integrated through 30 months of American oak aging. The tall, distinctive bottle with the hand-numbered tag is the VIP table's tequila of choice globally.
