Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo DOCG

Greco di Tufo DOCG, Italy
Classic Greco di Tufo from volcanic tufa soils at 400m; the reference expression of the variety. Rich and textured: pear, white peach, apricot, almonds, and the distinctive sulphurous-tufa mineral character (volcanic soils leave a subtle mineral smoke signature). Fermented and aged in stainless steel; ages beautifully for 5–8 years. Southern Italy's most complex indigenous white.
