The benchmark Inama Soave — from the Foscarino vineyard's volcanic basalt on the Classico's central slope. Indigenous yeast, old cask-fermented, 10 months on lees. Pale gold; precise white peach, lemon, bitter almond, volcanic mineral, and a clean, long finish. More mineral and precise than the Gini Vecchie Vigne style; excellent at 5–10 years; develops surprising complexity at 12–15.
