About this product
Mornington Peninsula's benchmark Pinot Noir — from Moorooduc's estate vines on volcanic red soil at 100m altitude. Indigenous yeast fermented with 25% whole-cluster inclusion; aged 14 months in old French barriques (10% new). Transparent ruby; red cherry, pomegranate, dried rose petals, maritime herb, and a distinctive saline mineral note from the Bass Strait influence. Elegant and precise; excellent at 5–12 years.
