Nakamura Tokichi Uji Ceremonial Matcha
Uji, Japan
About this product
Nakamura Tokichi Honten's ceremonial matcha is the product behind Japan's most celebrated matcha dining experience: the Uji Tokichi restaurant, where matcha appears in every course and the beverage programme anchors the entire experience. The matcha itself comes from the family's own Uji growing areas and is stone-ground on traditional wheels at their Uji facility. This is the matcha that teaches guests what Uji means: shade-grown complexity, stone-ground texture, the deepest umami of any green tea.
