McMinnville's marine sedimentary soils and proximity to the Van Duzer Corridor create wines of exceptional complexity — earthy, spiced, and deeply structured. Vinified with Burgundian restraint, whole-cluster fermentation, and aging in French oak from Méo's personal cooperage contacts.
