Colomé is Argentina's most altitude-extreme estate — the Altura Máxima vineyard at 3,111m produces Malbec that is uniquely aromatic, high in natural acidity, and unlike any other Malbec on earth. The estate has also established a museum dedicated to artist James Turrell.

The Swiss Hess family have biodynamically farmed this historic estate since 2001, producing Malbec and Torrontés of extraordinary altitude-driven intensity and freshness.
