Ramaz Nikoladze Imerethi Georgia Natural

One of Georgia's most celebrated natural winemakers, Ramaz Nikoladze produces Tsitska and Krakhuna amber wines from the Rioni valley using traditional qvevri winemaking with extended skin contact, no sulphites, and natural fermentation that have earned cult status among European natural wine communities.

Nikoladze's amber wines have been poured at Copenhagen's Noma, London's 40 Maltby Street, and Paris's La Cave de Belleville — the natural wine community's most influential venues — and described as 'the benchmark for ancient-method winemaking' by Alice Feiring, the world's leading advocate for natural wine.
