Five generations of the Henschke family at Keyneton in the Eden Valley (adjacent to Barossa). Hill of Grace — South Australia's most iconic wine — is produced from a single 150-year-old Shiraz vineyard that has never been replanted or grafted. Cyril Henschke (5th generation) and his wife Prue (viticulturalist) manage both the Barossa and Eden Valley estates with a biodynamic/minimal intervention philosophy.

Hill of Grace ($500-$800 CAD per bottle) is Australia's most prestigious single-vineyard wine. It sells primarily on allocation to long-term customers and restaurants. Stephen and Prue's biodynamic approach ensures the 150-year-old vines remain healthy for future generations.
