The Morgex cooperative is dedicated to preserving Prié Blanc — the world's highest-altitude pre-phylloxera white variety — grown on glacial moraines at 900–1,200m. Their sparkling and still expressions are among the rarest wines in Italy.

The only producer in the world working exclusively with Prié Blanc at altitudes above 900m; their Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is considered a historic Italian wine treasure.
