Philosophy
Otto Dal Zotto family; third-generation Italian-Australian winemakers in King Valley since 1987. The founding producers of Australian Prosecco (Col Fondo ancestral method and tank method). Also produces Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Nebbiolo. Named after the family patriarch Otto who arrived from Valdobbiadene (Prosecco heartland) in the 1960s.
