Family-owned Château Pesquié on the slopes of Mont Ventoux produces Côtes du Rhône Villages and Ventoux wines from organically farmed Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The Chaudière family focuses on site-specific expression across multiple terroirs — limestone, clay, and sand — at varying altitudes.

Château Pesquié is one of the southern Rhône's most consistent over-performers, producing wines of complexity and value that frequently outperform their appellation tier. Their Quintessence series is regularly cited by critics as evidence of the Villages AOC's underrated quality potential.
