Christophe Daviau's Domaine de Bablut farms 40 hectares of Loire schist biodynamically, producing the full range of Anjou wines — Anjou-Villages Brissac reds, Anjou Blanc from Chenin Blanc, and Coteaux de l'Aubance sweet wines.
