Domaine René & Vincent Dauvissat

The second great traditional Chablis estate alongside Raveneau. Vincent Dauvissat runs the domaine with the same commitment to barrel ageing, no malolactic, and long-lived mineral wines. His Premier Cru La Forest and Grand Cru Les Clos are defining expressions of Kimmeridgian terroir.

Dauvissat is Raveneau's equal at the top of Chablis. The two estates together define what great Chablis can be — and they produce it in almost identical ways. Dauvissat's prices are slightly lower than Raveneau's, making it the 'entry point' for the upper tier of Chablis.
