The Coffele family has farmed Soave Classico since the 1970s from their Ca'Visco estate on the volcanic hills, producing Garganega of distinctive mineral precision and aromatic complexity. The estate's wines age magnificently and represent the artisan voice of Soave Classico Superiore.

Coffele is one of Soave Classico's most consistent quality producers, particularly celebrated for the Ca'Visco bottling that demonstrates Garganega's capacity for mineral depth and long ageing.
