Her wines are produced with traditional long maceration, large Slavonian cask ageing and no filtration, creating Nebbiolo of extraordinary longevity.
Antoniolo is Gattinara's most terroir-focused producer, demonstrating through three single-vineyard wines that the volcanic porphyry hillsides are capable of cru-level differentiation comparable to Burgundy.
