Philosophy
Minimal intervention philosophy with temperature-controlled fermentation, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and bottling with minimal fining and filtration. White grapes harvested fully ripe undergo short maceration and gentle pressing; must settles naturally before fermentation. Hand-picked fruit, minimal intervention in cellar.
Reputation
In the 1960s, Giuseppe Inama perceived the unrealized potential of Monte Foscarino's basaltic volcanic slopes in the heart of Soave Classico, acquiring small parcels of old-vine Garganega to restore dignity to a region then synonymous with ordinary wine. His son Stefano assumed stewardship in 1992 and expanded into the mineral-rich Colli Berici, now tending two territories—one volcanic and saline, one limestone and perfumed—with unyielding commitment to terroir expression and minimalist craft.
