Philosophy
Minimal-intervention sparkling and still wines yielding minimal sulfite addition and zero dosage—grapes fermented on their own lees, aged 18–36 months sur lie, disgorged without freezing the bottle's neck to preserve energy and avoid glycol refrigerants. Soils of gypsum-rich clay impart saline minerality and define each cuvée's terroir signature.
Reputation
Can Descregut is a family estate in Vilobí del Penedès where Arantxa de Cara and Marc Milà have revived winemaking traditions after three generations of cava base-wine supply. In 2005, having acquired the 19th-century masía in 1992, they committed the family's vineyards to organic conversion and began crafting their own wines—a pivot that positioned them among the founding spirits of Corpinnat, the collector's alternative to cava doctrine.
