Lindsey Otis, trained at UC Davis and seasoned through harvests in France, New Zealand, and Australia, established LOTIS in 2019 as her own creative expression after years at Williams Selyem and Big Basin Vineyards. Based in Sebastopol, the house sources from organically and sustainably farmed vineyard sites across Mendocino and Carneros, guided by principles of purity and profound respect for land.
