Summer Dreams Wines

Philosophy
Whole berries destemmed and fermented in a mix of new and used French oak with subsequent maturation in 100% new French oak and 20% larger wood tanks. The house emphasises site-specific micro-vineyard selection from hillside blocks between 900–1900 feet elevation on Goldridge soils, yielding elegant, minerally wines of restrained power and coastal precision.
Reputation
Summer Dreams emerged in 2005 as Jayson Woodbridge's meditation on seasonal memory and the Western Sonoma Coast terroir. Born from a simple desire to capture summer in wine form, the project has matured into a serious Burgundian-style négociant operation, sourcing exclusively from hand-farmed micro-vineyards across a maritime appellation where Pacific influence and Goldridge soils compose wines of luminous restraint.
