Henri Bardouin

Henri Bardouin is the artisanal counterpart to Ricard — a small-production pastis from Forcalquier in the Haute-Provence using 65 botanicals from the surrounding landscape (wild herbs, flowers, spices). More complex, less sweet, and more herbaceous than Ricard. The preferred pastis of sommeliers and serious cocktail bars.

Henri Bardouin is the sommelier's pastis — more complex, less sweet, and more authentically Provencal than Ricard. Available through specialty liquor retailers.
