Bortolo Nardini

Bortolo Nardini is Italy's oldest grappa house (founded 1779) — based in Bassano del Grappa, the Venetian town from which grappa takes its modern name. Their iconic Acquavite is a blend of multiple grape pomaces — a traditional, robust, and intensely aromatic grappa. The Nardini osteria at Ponte degli Alpini has served grappa to travellers since 1779.

Nardini is Italy's oldest and most historically significant grappa producer. The Acquavite is the benchmark for traditional Italian grappa style.
