Clase Azul Spirits
Philosophy
Clase Azul (est. 1997) produces ultra-premium tequila in handmade Talavera ceramic decanters — each bottle is a collector's item with painted artisan decoration. The tequila itself matches the vessel: highland Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens (rather than industrial autoclaves), fermented with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled. The result is among the fruitiest and most complex añejo tequilas produced — highly sought by collectors and luxury buyers.
Reputation
Clase Azul Reposado is the world's best-selling ultra-premium tequila by value. The Ultra ($1,500+ per bottle) is one of the world's most expensive tequilas. The ceramic bottles are often collected and repurposed as decanters independently.
