Frank Boon's Lembeek brewery has been producing and blending Lambic since 1975, after rescuing the craft from near-extinction. Boon Gueuze Mariage Parfait — 'perfect marriage' — is the pinnacle of the Boon Lambic portfolio: a blend of 3-year-old Lambics from the brewery's oldest barrels, unfiltered and refermented in bottle. One of Belgium's most complex and age-worthy beers.

Frank Boon is credited with saving Brussels Lambic culture from extinction in the 1970s. Boon Mariage Parfait is consistently rated among the world's greatest beers — a complex, dry, effervescent Gueuze that demands food pairing and rewards collector patience (ages 10+ years).
