Philosophy
Erich and Armin Tement are the family most responsible for establishing Südsteiermark Sauvignon Blanc as a world-class wine category. The estate's benchmark Zieregg vineyard — a steep south-facing Opok slope — produces the reference expression of Styrian Sauvignon: mineral, laser-focused, with citrus zest, white grapefruit, elderflower, and a stony precision that ages magnificently for 10+ years. Tement farms organically and is the most prestigious producer in the appellation.
