Erich and Walter Polz are among the most important producers in Gamlitz, producing benchmark Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling from their steep Opok-soil vineyards. The Polz estate Sauvignon shows the characteristic Styrian profile: vibrant tropical fruit, elderflower, and stony precision.
