The Naches Heights AVA's elevation above the Yakima Valley floor provides the cooler conditions essential for developing the natural acidity and delicate aromatics required for traditional-method sparkling wine. Treveri sources from Naches Heights and works exclusively with the méthode traditionnelle to produce Washington's most serious sparkling wines.
