Dominio do Bibei

Dominio do Bibei is one of Ribeira Sacra's most philosophically rigorous estates, farming certified biodynamic vineyards on the granite terraces of the Bibei River tributary. The estate has revived pre-phylloxera indigenous Galician varieties alongside Mencía, including Brancellao, Merenzao, Mouratón, and Garnacha Tintorera, all on their own roots (pre-phylloxera ungrafted vines). The estate's Lalama and Lacima bottlings represent some of Spain's most extraordinary and individual wines, showcasing the Bibei River canyon's unique granite terroir.
