Philipp Wittmann's biodynamic estate in Westhofen is considered Rheinhessen's finest producer. His GG Kirchspiel and Morstein Rieslings rival the Mosel's best, and his Spatburgunder has established Rheinhessen as a serious Pinot Noir appellation.
