Artisan Sake Maker (Osake)

Masa Shiroki founded the Artisan Sake Maker on Granville Island in Vancouver — Canada's only sake brewery — using BC-grown rice and traditional Japanese kome koji fermentation. A cultural project as much as a commercial enterprise.
