The four friends' project — Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and José Martínez — working across multiple Spanish regions but most celebrated for their Tenerife Canary Islands wines from ancient volcanic vines. Táganan (from ancient Mencía-like vines on Anaga mountains) is considered one of Spain's most exciting and distinctive natural red wines.
