The island's most authentic and passionate Zibibbo producer — Salvatore Murana's single-parcel Passito wines (Martingana, Khamma) are considered Pantelleria's finest and most individual expressions. Murana's wines are more mineral and less opulent than the commercial productions, revealing the volcanic basalt's terroir with startling clarity.
