The Maury appellation's iconic producer, producing France's most celebrated vin doux naturel outside Banyuls. The 15-Year-Old Maury — oxidatively aged in large glass bonbonnes outdoors through Roussillon's brutal summers — is considered France's greatest vin doux naturel for its complexity and accessibility. Mas Amiel also produces excellent dry Maury Sec and Côtes du Roussillon.
