Robert Pouderoux's small Maury estate producing intensely mineral Maury Vintage and Maury Sec wines from the darkest black schist parcels of the Agly Valley. Pouderoux's minimal-intervention approach produces Maury wines of unusual freshness and mineral character — quite different from Mas Amiel's oxidative style.
