Elisabetta Foradori's revolutionary Trentino estate — the biodynamic winemaker who transformed Teroldego from an obscure local red into an internationally celebrated expression of Alpine Italy. The Granato (oak-aged) and the clay-amphora Sgarzon and Morei cuvées demonstrate that Teroldego from the volcanic alluvial Campo Rotaliano is one of Italy's most distinctive and terroir-specific varieties. Foradori is considered one of Italy's most important and influential winemakers.
