The Mata family's Sant Sadurní d'Anoia estate — producing the most critically acclaimed and internationally distributed artisan Cava in the traditional Corpinnat style. Recaredo's Terrers single-vineyard wine and the Turó d'en Mota (disgorgement after 10+ years on lees) are considered among Spain's greatest sparkling wines, comparable to prestige Champagne in complexity and aging. Recaredo uses only biodynamic estate fruit and no dosage (Brut Nature).
