Charles Hours's Jurançon estate — producing the appellation's most internationally acclaimed and consistently excellent wines in both dry and sweet styles. The Cuvée Marie (moelleux) and the dry Clos Uroulat are considered the definitive expressions of Petit Manseng's capacity for complexity and longevity. Hours's obsessive attention to passerillage conditions and minimal cellar intervention has made Clos Uroulat the reference address for serious Jurançon.
