Henri Ramonteu's Jurançon estate — producing the widest and most internationally distributed range of Jurançon wines from dry to late-harvest sweet. The Symphonie de Novembre (Vendange Tardive) from the latest-harvested, most concentrated Petit Manseng is one of France's greatest sweet wines; the dry Ballet d'Octobre demonstrates that Gros Manseng can produce serious, complex dry wine alongside Petit Manseng's sweetness.
