Jacky Blot's celebrated estate spanning both Montlouis and Vouvray — a meticulous producer of Chenin Blanc in all sweetness styles with a particular talent for the sweet botrytised Cuvée des Loups and Romulus. Blot is known for extreme precision in viticulture and winemaking, producing wines of crystalline mineral purity that age magnificently. His Triple Zéro sparkling and the Rare (pétillant naturel) are also exceptional.
