One of Calatayud's most authentic small producers, working with ancient ungrafted Garnacha vines — some over 120 years old — on steep limestone and granite terraces at 800–950m altitude. The estate's minimal intervention approach in the winery allows the extraordinary character of century-old dryland Garnacha bush vines to speak without obscuration. Their El Angosto single-parcel wine is considered one of the most compelling old-vine Garnacha expressions in Spain.
