The most traditional and venerable producer of Dingac PDO, the Matusko family has been farming Plavac Mali on the Peljesac Peninsula since before Croatian independence. Their Dingac is widely considered the appellation's most authentic and consistent expression, made with minimal intervention to showcase the terroir.
