About this product
A pure expression of Braucol (Fer Servadou) from biodynamic limestone soils on the Causse plateau. Dark ruby, aromatic, and earthy with red cherry, violet, garrigue herbs, iron mineral, and a distinctive tannic structure that is firmly regional. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in old barrels with minimal SO2. One of the most authentic expressions of a variety found almost nowhere else in the world.
