About this product
The flagship red from Roussillon's reference estate — old-vine Grenache Noir from steep schist terraces above Calce, biodynamically farmed and produced with minimal intervention. Dense, complex, and mineral with black olive, dark cherry, garrigue, lavender, iron mineral, and the explosive concentration that comes from 60–80 year old dryland bush vines in extreme Mediterranean conditions. One of France's great natural wines.
