Mountain Chardonnay from Nagano's volcanic soils at 800m; estate grown and barrel fermented. Citrus blossom, white peach, almond, and a distinctive mineral quality from the volcanic terroir. Less opulent than Burgundy; more mineral and restrained — a Japanese interpretation of the variety.
