Rare passito from partially dried Bosco and Albarola; the legendary ancient wine of the Cinque Terre. Amber in colour; intensely sweet with apricot, orange marmalade, dried fig, candied citrus, and the characteristic cliff-face mineral saline character underlying the sweetness. Produced in tiny quantities from the steepest terraces. Made since antiquity.
